Perhaps the biggest advantage of our custom made hat program is that we do the embroidery on cap panels BEFORE the cap gets assembled. That means you can make your embroidery stand out better and sew 2.5" high on any cap panel. That is 25% larger than our stock cap embroidery capabilities!

When you think embroidery of your custom made cap you have more embroidery ID options that include 3-D embroidery, imprint, embroidered emblem, felt appliqué, screen printing on mesh, bill appliqué, imprinted sandwich, and embossed bill.  See our customization options and design page.
