ORDER PLACEMENT
● Orders can be
placed by mail, fax (24 hours), or telephone. *
● If written
confirmation of an order is sent, it must clearly state:
"CONFIRMATION OF PHONE (OR) FAX ORDER - DO NOT DUPLICATE".
● Artwork must
be submitted by mail or e-mail. Faxed artwork is not
acceptable.
* We cannot be responsible for errors on
telephone orders
ARTWORK
● Camera-ready
artwork is required for all orders.
● We will
reduce or enlarge artwork as required.
● Any
additional touch-up work will be billed at $40 per hour.
TRADEMARK USAGE
● All copy or
other materials submitted by the customer for use by us in producing
the items ordered must be in full compliance with all applicable
laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy,
patent or similar protection.

● If you have a
deadline date please provide us with it at the time of ordering.
By having this information, we can better meet your needs.
Timeline
● 20-24 days for hard
sample (after approval of virtual sample by customer) *
● 35 days production
once the hard sample has been approved by customer *
● 35 - 40 days
shipping by ocean freight **
* Delays due to customer's revisions, shipping
or holidays will add to overall processing time
** Delays due to Customs processing are not at

SAMPLE
● Physical
samples $50 for each sample (refundable with a 500+ piece order)
● We need a
copy of the sample request form detailing the specifics of your
order. This can be:

ORDERS
● A signed
order form or purchase order with a 50% deposit of the total balance
must be submitted to Cutting Edge Caps before your order can be
placed with the factory.
● The remaining
balance +FOB (Fort Worth to Customer) due before shipping from
warehouse in Fort Worth, TX.
changes or cancellations
● No
cancellations or returns on customization products.
● Once
production of customization has begun all personalized items will
become payable.
● No
exceptions.
Payment terms
● All
customization order deposits must be prepaid.
● Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards using PayPal card
services, or business or personal check.
● No
merchandise will be sent until payment is received.

● We do our best to ensure
prompt service, quality workmanship and materials at an affordable
prices. We do everything possible to see that your order is
processed and handled correctly.
● We trust that our

over-runs and under runs
● Due to the
difficulty in producing exact quantities, factory reserves the right
to ship 5% over or under the quantities ordered as a complete order.
